How we monogram your gifts

In the next coming weeks, we have some exciting changes happening. We’ve been reflecting on our journey so far and wanted to decipher, in some way, our traditional, but always-improving methods we use to monogram your gifts.

We started Hinterland Foil in 2010 to offer specialty print finishes to other printers and graphic designers. The business name was simply an ode to the lovely location we’ve had the privilege of living in – Gold Coast Hinterland.

Of all of the printing services I offer, Letterpress is my personal favourite and the printing style that I have the most experience with.

Here’s a little jist of our printing process:

1. Measuring your request

We carefully place an imprint of your requested letters on the gift you wish to buy. We offer silver, gold and copper to offer that timeless, precious look.

2. Imprinting your design

Once we’ve carefully looked at the placement, we imprint the design with our letterpress. Using our heidenberg letterpress ensures that your design remains long-lasting.

I have extensive experience with printing several types and measuring - from looking at the texture, the feel of the leather and just the overall experience provided by the gift. We know you love giving your loved ones our monogrammed gifts, we just want to make super special and beautiful for you & your loved ones.
